CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Our galvanized metal planters are designed for outdoor use and to withstand the tropical climate of Costa Rica.
Being bottomless , they allow for natural water drainage; we recommend placing them on surfaces with good drainage, using a quality soil and compost mixture, and adjusting watering according to the season (especially during the rainy season).
They require no special treatments or painting; occasional cleaning with water is sufficient, and abrasive products should be avoided. Like all outdoor products, their appearance may change slightly over time, without affecting their functionality or durability.
RETURN POLICY
In keeping with the nature of our products and our shipping logistics, we only accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product arrived damaged during transport.
